Parfums Christian Dior — Saint-Jean-de-Braye: Quality Project Manager (Full-time) to lead regulatory compliance and quality strategy for the Division.
Overview

Role & Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain proactive regulatory surveillance at national and international levels (EU, US, China and other relevant markets) and assess impacts on R&I activities.
- Define, formalize and update internal quality standards (procedures, directives, specifications) aligned with applicable regulations and group directives (e.g. ISO 22716, GMP, ISO 9001, ISO 17025).
- Develop and propose a 3‑year strategic quality roadmap with SMART objectives and KPIs; coordinate and monitor the global quality action plan.
- Provide expert operational support to R&I teams and internal entities during inspections and on routine compliance matters.
- Lead transversal quality improvement projects, coordinate internal and supplier audits (raw materials, packaging, services, subcontractors) and participate in qualification of critical suppliers.
- Manage non‑conformities, change controls and corrective/preventive action plans to ensure sustained compliance.
- Promote quality culture across the Division through communication, training programs and awareness activities.
Qualifications
- Master's degree (Bac+5) in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Cosmetics, Quality or equivalent (Engineering/Master).
- Minimum 10 years' proven experience in quality management within the cosmetics or pharmaceutical sector, preferably in an R&D environment.
- In‑depth knowledge of cosmetics regulations and quality standards (Règlement CE 1223/2009, ISO 22716, ISO 9001, ISO 17025) and of GMP/GLP practices.
- Proven experience managing audits, supplier qualification and handling regulatory inspections.
- Strong leadership with excellent cross‑functional communication, training and stakeholder animation skills.
- Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken); ability to operate in French in a French corporate environment is expected.

Education
Master’s degree (Bac+5) — Engineering or MSc in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Cosmetics or Quality-related discipline.
