Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee and mitigate quality risks throughout the new product development lifecycle, from concept to industrialization.
- Lead quality validation gates and define risk‑based action plans during development and industrialization phases.
- Perform formal risk analyses (e.g., FMEA) and translate findings into concrete corrective and preventive actions.
- Collaborate with Quality HQ and Product Development to prepare Acceptance Books that define product quality criteria.
- Validate industrialization of new products and monitor supplier readiness prior to launch.
- Design and deliver supplier training to clarify work instructions and customer quality requirements.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of plant product development processes from a quality perspective.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in product quality, industrialization or plant development within apparel, leather goods or related luxury manufacturing.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Industrial Engineering or equivalent; advanced degree preferred.
- Demonstrated experience with formal risk assessment methodologies such as FMEA.
- Proven track record in leading quality validation gates and industrialization activities.
- Experience producing technical documentation, including Acceptance Books or equivalent quality criteria documents.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving and cross‑functional collaboration skills; able to influence design, production and supplier teams.

Experience
At least 5 years of hands‑on experience in quality engineering or product development within luxury apparel or leather goods manufacturing, including responsibility for industrialization and supplier quality assurance.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Industrial Engineering or a closely related discipline; master's degree or equivalent professional qualifications preferred.
