Role & Responsibilities
- Analyse customer feedback and retail stock data to identify recurring product quality issues and geographic trends.
- Support continuous improvement of finished‑goods quality by delivering actionable insights to Production Quality teams and monitoring corrective action plans.
- Produce accurate, validated quality reporting and dashboards; implement data‑validation controls to ensure reliability of quality metrics.
- Define, document and maintain central Quality processes and inspection protocols in collaboration with industrial quality, Supply Chain, Logistics and regional teams.
- Design analytical tools and reporting frameworks (Power BI/Excel) to detect trends and prioritise quality interventions.
Qualifications
- Degree from or current enrolment in an engineering or business school (Bachelor's or Master's level).
- Strong analytical and synthesis abilities, with meticulous attention to detail and rigor in following action plans.
- Proven proficiency in Excel (including PivotTables), Power BI and PowerPoint.
- Good command of English; Italian is a plus.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams (Production Quality, Supply Chain, Marketing, Regional teams).
