Role & Responsibilities

• Oversee and mitigate quality risks associated with new product development, ensuring adherence to luxury standards
• Lead quality validation gates during the development process, including comprehensive risk analysis and action plan definition
• Conduct joint evaluations with design and marketing teams, ensuring proper treatment and disinfection protocols where applicable
• Create and maintain Acceptance Books for new products, documenting detailed quality criteria and acceptance thresholds
• Benchmark competitors' quality standards to ensure Christian Dior maintains competitive product excellence
• Coordinate Product Quality initiatives across different product poles and lines, fostering consistency across the portfolio
• Integrate quality considerations early in the product development cycle to prevent defects and market issues
• Develop and implement strategies for proactive quality assurance in new product launches
• Ensure alignment of new product quality with market expectations and brand standards
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of product development processes from a quality perspective

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of product development lifecycle and quality gates
• Proficiency in risk assessment and mitigation techniques (e.g., FMEA)
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including design, marketing, and engineering
• Experience in creating technical documentation such as Acceptance Books
• Knowledge of industry-specific quality standards and regulations relevant to luxury goods
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated track record in quality assurance within fashion or luxury goods manufacturing

Skills

Experience

A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in quality assurance, product development, or related functions within the fashion, luxury goods, or manufacturing sector. Demonstrated experience leading quality validation processes and working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Fashion Technology, or a related discipline. Professional certifications in quality management (e.g., ISO 9001, Six Sigma) are advantageous.

The base compensation for this position is EUR 45,000 per annum.
