Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee and mitigate quality risks associated with new product development, ensuring adherence to luxury standards
- Lead quality validation gates during the development process, including comprehensive risk analysis and action plan definition
- Conduct joint evaluations with design and marketing teams, ensuring proper treatment and disinfection protocols where applicable
- Create and maintain Acceptance Books for new products, documenting detailed quality criteria and acceptance thresholds
- Benchmark competitors' quality standards to ensure Christian Dior maintains competitive product excellence
- Coordinate Product Quality initiatives across different product poles and lines, fostering consistency across the portfolio
- Integrate quality considerations early in the product development cycle to prevent defects and market issues
- Develop and implement strategies for proactive quality assurance in new product launches
- Ensure alignment of new product quality with market expectations and brand standards
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of product development processes from a quality perspective
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of product development lifecycle and quality gates
- Proficiency in risk assessment and mitigation techniques (e.g., FMEA)
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including design, marketing, and engineering
- Experience in creating technical documentation such as Acceptance Books
- Knowledge of industry-specific quality standards and regulations relevant to luxury goods

Experience
A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in quality assurance, product development, or related functions within the fashion, luxury goods, or manufacturing sector. Demonstrated experience leading quality validation processes and working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Fashion Technology, or a related discipline. Professional certifications in quality management (e.g., ISO 9001, Six Sigma) are advantageous.
