Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee customer satisfaction metrics and maintain a data-driven quality system to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Analyze customer claims, product returns and quality incidents to identify root causes and recurring trends.
  • Activate, manage and monitor corrective and preventive action plans to drive sustainable resolutions.
  • Define, maintain and ensure the effectiveness of the Quality Management System (QMS) in line with recognised standards.
  • Manage quality data collection, analysis and reporting; ensure accuracy and timeliness of KPIs and dashboards.
  • Drive the digitalisation of quality reporting and identify opportunities for process automation.
  • Establish, track and continuously improve key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and influence cross-functional teams to resolve major quality issues and implement continuous improvement projects.
  • Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement across quality processes and workflows.

Qualifications

  • Minimum five years' professional experience in quality, continuous improvement or process engineering.
  • Proficiency in quality management methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma.
  • Demonstrable experience with data analysis tools and quality management software.
  • Deep knowledge of Quality Management Systems and standards (e.g., ISO 9001).
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving and statistical skills with attention to data integrity.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the capacity to influence cross‑functional stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of leading corrective/preventive actions and delivering measurable process improvements.

Experience
