Christian Dior Couture — Florence: Quality Continuous Improvement & KPI Specialist to lead quality data, QMS and digital reporting.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee customer satisfaction metrics and maintain a data-driven quality system to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Analyze customer claims, product returns and quality incidents to identify root causes and recurring trends.
- Activate, manage and monitor corrective and preventive action plans to drive sustainable resolutions.
- Define, maintain and ensure the effectiveness of the Quality Management System (QMS) in line with recognised standards.
- Manage quality data collection, analysis and reporting; ensure accuracy and timeliness of KPIs and dashboards.
- Drive the digitalisation of quality reporting and identify opportunities for process automation.
- Establish, track and continuously improve key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality and customer satisfaction.
- Lead and influence cross-functional teams to resolve major quality issues and implement continuous improvement projects.
- Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement across quality processes and workflows.
Qualifications
- Minimum five years' professional experience in quality, continuous improvement or process engineering.
- Proficiency in quality management methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma.
- Demonstrable experience with data analysis tools and quality management software.
- Deep knowledge of Quality Management Systems and standards (e.g., ISO 9001).
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving and statistical skills with attention to data integrity.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the capacity to influence cross‑functional stakeholders.
- Proven track record of leading corrective/preventive actions and delivering measurable process improvements.

Experience
At least 5 years of experience in quality assurance, continuous improvement or process engineering, preferably within luxury fashion/apparel production or high‑end manufacturing environments, with a demonstrated record of leading cross‑functional quality initiatives.
Education
Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality management, statistics, or a related discipline; a postgraduate qualification or relevant professional certification is advantageous.
