Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the site's Quality Assurance team in maintaining product safety, quality and regulatory compliance in line with ISO 22716 (Good Manufacturing Practices for cosmetics).
  • Create, revise and publish GMP documentation within the electronic document management system (GED) and manage paper distribution where required.
  • Conduct on‑site GMP audit rounds and contribute findings to corrective and preventive action plans.
  • Participate in Change Control meetings and assist with the implementation of changes linked to the site extension and operational transformations.
  • Follow up and close quality actions (corrective/preventive) and update monthly QA performance indicators.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bac+5 programme (engineering degree or Master) in Quality Assurance, Chemical Engineering, Cosmetics Science or equivalent.
  • Basic familiarity with ISO 22716 and Good Manufacturing Practices (BPF) in a cosmetics or regulated manufacturing environment.
  • First professional experience or internship within a Quality Assurance department is desirable but not mandatory.
  • Strong organisational rigour, methodical documentation habits and an analytical mindset to identify and propose process improvements.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly in both written and oral form and to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
