Role & Responsibilities
- Support the site's Quality Assurance team in ensuring product safety, quality and regulatory compliance with customer and legal requirements.
- Create, update and manage GMP (BPF) documentation in the site's GED (Gestion Électronique des Documents).
- Conduct on-site GMP audit rounds and participate in Change Control meetings related to process or activity changes.
- Contribute to the implementation and follow-up of preventive and corrective quality actions to maintain system effectiveness.
- Prepare, update and distribute paper quality documentation for the production site.
- Collect and update monthly QA performance indicators and reporting.
- Participate in the Chartres site extension project by drafting and implementing GMP-related modifications required for new and transformed activities.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or completing Bac+2 / Bac+3 (associate/undergraduate level) in Quality Assurance, Cosmetics, Pharmacy, Chemical Technology or a closely related discipline.
- Availability for a 6‑month internship on site at the Chartres production facility.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with electronic document management systems (GED).
- Rigorous, methodical and organised approach to process documentation and follow‑up.
- Good analytical and synthesis skills with the ability to identify needs and propose practical improvements.
- Strong interpersonal skills; comfortable working in cross‑functional teams and communicating clearly in written and oral form.

Entry-level: no prior professional experience required. Candidate should be a student preparing a Bac+2/+3 qualification in Quality Assurance or a related field and seeking a 6‑month internship to gain hands-on exposure to GMP-compliant cosmetic manufacturing.
