Parfums Christian Dior is seeking a Quality Assurance Project Manager intern for a six-month internship in 2027, based in Orléans. Within the Quality Assurance Release team, the intern will support regulatory updates, improve batch record review and archiving, harmonize working methods, and contribute to continuous improvement.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Help update the quality documentation system, including service procedures in response to regulatory changes.
  • Contribute to the development of documents and tools used by the team.
  • Monitor and take into account applicable Quality Assurance requirements.
  • Help structure and organize the review and archiving of batch records.
  • Create or improve a comprehensive checklist to secure and standardize the review of each batch.
  • Identify ways to make the process clearer and more efficient.
  • Review batch records with team members.
  • Identify differences in practices, strengths, and areas for improvement.
  • Help standardize working methods.
  • Help implement solutions to improve day-to-day efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bac+3/4 degree in quality, life sciences, pharmacy, chemistry, or a related field.
  • Seeking a six-month internship in 2027.
  • Ideally have initial knowledge of BPF ISO 22716 and Quality Assurance.
  • Knowledge of cGMP CFR 21 Part 210 and 211 and CSAR is also appreciated.
  • Rigorous, organized, and attentive to detail, with an appreciation for methodical, precise, and reliable work.
  • Enjoy teamwork and communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders; listen attentively and seek to understand colleagues’ practices to help harmonize them.
  • Curious, analytical, and proactive, with a desire to contribute to continuous improvement and propose practical solutions to optimize working methods.
