Quality Assurance internship at Parfums Christian Dior in Orléans, France. Deploy QMS systems and build quality culture across luxury cosmetics facilities.
Role & Responsibilities
- Analyze existing quality processes including deviation management, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and change management
- Contribute to the harmonization of quality processes across multiple industrial sites
- Participate in defining functional and technical specifications for the new QMS platform
- Identify improvement opportunities in current tools with focus on compliance, usability, and adaptability
- Conduct feasibility studies of technological solutions for QMS evolution or implementation
- Participate in supplier evaluation and selection criteria definition
- Monitor project progress including timelines, performance indicators, and deployment milestones
- Design innovative training modules on quality fundamentals, GMPs, and regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create interactive educational materials including workshops, e-learning modules, quizzes, videos, and infographics
- Organize and facilitate select training sessions across sites
- Gather participant feedback and propose continuous improvement measures
- Support internal communication initiatives promoting quality culture
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (4-5 years post-secondary) in engineering, industrial management, systems information management, or project management with specialization in quality
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills with attention to detail in quality processes
- Proficiency with quality management systems, regulatory compliance requirements, and process improvement methodologies
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and interpersonal skills
- Proactive approach to proposing process improvements and operational excellence
- Demonstrated autonomy and curiosity in project execution
Skills
Experience
First experience in an industrial environment, quality function, or project management is appreciated. Demonstrated exposure to quality systems, manufacturing processes, or regulatory frameworks is valued.
Education
Master's-level student (Bac+4/5 equivalent) in engineering school or university program specializing in quality, information systems management, industrial engineering, or project management.
