Parfums Christian Dior in Chartres seeks a Quality Assurance Engineer (work‑study/alternance) to join the Chartres QA team for a one‑year placement.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support deployment of a new electronic document management system (GED) at the Chartres production site and coordinate with the other production sites (Saint‑Jean‑de‑Braye, Pudong).
- Plan and deliver training sessions for site personnel on the GED; produce training materials and monitor adoption.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by proposing and implementing concrete corrective and preventive actions.
- Execute and follow up quality system activities: internal audits, change control, deviation management and associated CAPA.
- Contribute to metrology tasks, cleaning validation activities and the creation, update and distribution of site quality documentation (paper and electronic).
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bac+5 programme in Quality Assurance, Engineering or a related Master’s degree and seeking a one‑year alternance (work‑study) placement.
- First practical experience within a Quality Assurance department in an industrial environment is desirable.
- Strong methodological rigour, organisational skills and an analytical mindset to identify and formalise needs and improvement actions.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to train colleagues and present information clearly in writing and orally.
- Curiosity, initiative and willingness to work on the shop floor; demonstrable team spirit and inclusivity.

Entry level / débutant. Candidate should be enrolled in a Bac+5 programme and may have a first internship or short experience in a Quality Assurance team within industry; prior exposure to regulatory frameworks and GMP is an advantage.
Education
Bac +5 (Master or Engineering degree) in Quality Assurance, Industrial Engineering, Pharmaceutical/Cosmetic Sciences or equivalent.
