Role & Responsibilities
- Support deployment of the new electronic document management system (GED) at the Chartres production site and ensure local adoption.
- Coordinate and deliver user training for site teams on the GED and related quality procedures.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by proposing and implementing practical corrective and preventive measures.
- Create, update and distribute paper and electronic quality documentation for the site.
- Participate in core quality activities: internal audit, change control, deviations and CAPA follow-up.
- Support metrology activities, cleaning validation and Good Manufacturing Practices (BPF) training delivery.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in or preparing a Bac+5 level qualification in Quality Assurance, Engineering or a Master’s degree in a related field (engineer diploma or Master).
- Prior first-hand experience in a Quality Assurance function within industry (internship or short-term placement) is preferred.
- Solid understanding of regulatory frameworks and quality standards applicable to cosmetics, notably ISO 22716/GMP.
- Strong analytical mindset, methodical work style and attention to detail.
- Effective communicator with pedagogical skills to train and engage operational teams and stakeholders.
- Proactive, curious and able to work on the shop floor; collaborative team player with the capacity to propose improvements.
