Role & Responsibilities
- Support deployment of a new Gestion Électronique des Documents (GED) — common DMS for three production sites (Chartres, Saint-Jean-de-Braye, Pudong) and ensure site-level rollout.
- Plan, lead and animate end-user training for the GED and produce pedagogical materials to ensure adoption.
- Contribute to the site's quality management system in line with ISO 22716 and Good Manufacturing Practices (BPF).
- Execute and follow up preventive and corrective actions (CAPA) and ensure closure and traceability of quality actions.
- Create, update and distribute paper quality documentation and controlled records for the site.
- Participate in internal audits, change control processes, deviation investigations and related CAPA activities.
- Support equipment metrology, cleaning validation activities and quality-related trainings required for production compliance.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a Bac+5 programme in Quality Assurance, Engineering or a related Master's/engineering diploma and available for a one-year alternance/apprenticeship.
- Prior experience within a Quality Assurance department (internship or equivalent) demonstrating familiarity with regulatory and GMP requirements.
- Rigour, methodical organisation and capacity for analytical synthesis to identify needs and propose concrete improvements.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to deliver engaging training and share knowledge clearly in writing and orally.
- Curiosity, proactivity and willingness to work on the shopfloor and in cross-site projects.

Entry-level (débutant) — candidate should have at least one prior experience or internship within a Quality Assurance function in industry, with exposure to regulatory/GMP contexts.
Education
Enrolled in Bac+5 level programme (Engineering diploma or Master) in Quality Assurance, Industrial Engineering, Pharmaceutical/Cosmetic Sciences or equivalent.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Chartres, Centre-Val de Loire, France, with easy access to Paris.
