Role & Responsibilities

  • Modernize, structure and redesign Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP/BPF) training modules for general and thematic quality topics.
  • Lead and animate working groups with GMP trainers to collect inputs and validate training content.
  • Create thematic GMP training modules tailored to operational needs and regulatory requirements.
  • Consolidate and manage follow-up of corrective action plans arising from audits and inspections across sites.
  • Monitor and report on action-plan completion rates and deadlines, ensuring timely closure and escalation where required.
  • Define and implement performance indicators (KPIs) to measure training effectiveness and quality actions.
  • Collaborate transversely with Regulatory Quality, Quality Operations, QA Methodology and multi-site QA teams on structured projects.
  • Contribute to multi-site quality assurance initiatives under the supervision of a tutor, developing an industrial QA perspective.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in a Master’s-level program (Bac+5) in chemistry, quality control, project management, information systems or industrial processes.
  • Available for an apprenticeship (contrat d'alternance) starting September 2026.
  • Strong organizational skills, rigor and attention to detail with an interest in pedagogy and training design.
  • Effective interpersonal and teamwork abilities; comfortable collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to structure projects and animate working groups.

Experience

Entry-level / no prior professional experience required; candidates should demonstrate academic exposure to quality, industrial processes or project work and an eagerness to learn in an industrial QA environment.

Education

Master’s degree in progress (Bac+5) in chemistry, quality control, project management, information systems or industrial engineering.
