Role & Responsibilities
- Contribute to a cross‑functional project to rationalize and optimize the Electronic Document Management (EDM/GED) system using Artificial Intelligence.
- Analyze and simplify existing documentation, consolidating files by process and identifying redundancies or gaps.
- Identify documents that require revision according to Quality themes and propose an update plan.
- Define and implement pertinent KPIs to track EDM performance, workload and project progress.
- Design and formalize user instructions and operating procedures for AI‑assisted EDM workflows.
- Work closely with stakeholders: GED users, the multisite Quality Assurance team and the Quality Indicators manager.
- Deploy reporting dashboards (PBI) and monitoring tools to support pilotage of the project and visualise progress.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bac+5 (Master’s level) programme in chemistry, quality control, document management, information systems or industrial/production engineering.
- Available for an alternance (work‑study) contract starting September 2026 and able to work full‑time on site in Orléans.
- Methodical, rigorous and detail‑oriented with a strong interest in innovation and AI applications.
- Excellent collaborative skills and ability to engage with multidisciplinary teams across sites.
- Curious, proactive and able to propose pragmatic, value‑adding solutions.

Entry‑level. The position is targeted at students or recent graduates seeking an alternance; prior exposure to quality assurance, document management systems or project work is advantageous but not mandatory.
Education
Enrolled in or completing a Bac+5 (Master’s) programme in chemistry, quality control, document management, information systems or industrial processes.
