Role & Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end operational purchasing for the assigned product category (leathers, fabrics, metallic accessories and other components).
- Generate and administer purchase orders, define production-destination sites and ensure timely order release after technical approvals.
- Monitor daily deliveries and drive rapid resolution of emergencies (delays, non-conformities) in coordination with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain and develop supplier relationships to ensure availability, compliance with commercial agreements and continuity of supply.
- Coordinate with Planning, Product Development and Production to align procurement with production needs and changing priorities.
- Oversee supplier acceptance test plans (piano collaudi), manage quality holds, returns and DIBA anomalies, and ensure adherence to delivery plans.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the Purchasing Leader and contribute to KPI monitoring and procurement reporting.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Economics, Management or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years' professional experience in Purchasing or Supply Chain.
- Minimum B2 level of English; knowledge of French is a plus.
- Demonstrable experience working with ERP systems and digital procurement tools.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with Power BI (or equivalent BI/reporting tools).
- Strong organisational skills, reliability, capacity to prioritise and manage stress under tight timelines.
- Proven interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams.

At least 3 years of hands-on experience in purchasing or supply chain roles, preferably within fashion, leather goods or apparel manufacturing environments.
Education
Diploma or degree in Economics, Management or related fields.
