Role & Responsibilities
- Support the LVMH Beauty Purchasing Coordination team for raw materials and subcontracting activities.
- Contribute to the raw materials portfolio security plan, including supplier risk analysis and mitigation proposals.
- Implement the responsible purchasing policy: manage supplier audit plans and follow up corrective action plans.
- Prepare internal and supplier Business Reviews and related reporting materials.
- Maintain and update the supplier database and assist with supplier contract tracking and administration.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure timely information flow and compliance.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bac+4/5 (Master's level) programme with a specialisation in purchasing, procurement or supply chain.
- Strong rigour, organisation and proactivity with an ability to prioritise tasks.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and comfort interacting with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
- Good analytical and synthesis capability; able to produce clear summaries and recommendations.
- Professional working proficiency in English (anglais courant).

Open to early‑career candidates; intended for students in a work‑study (alternance) programme. Previous internships in procurement, sourcing or supply‑chain functions are advantageous but not required.
Education
Enrolled in Bac+4/5 (Master's-level) programme specialising in Purchasing, Procurement, Supply Chain or equivalent.
