Role & Responsibilities
- Support supplier consultations: analyse briefs, structure RFPs and compare proposals.
- Contribute to supplier attribution strategies balancing quality, cost, lead time and innovation.
- Assist commercial and contractual negotiations with suppliers.
- Monitor product development progress in coordination with Development, Marketing and Production teams.
- Analyse supplier economic and operational performance and identify optimisation levers (value analysis, risk mitigation, competitiveness, eco‑design).
- Prepare materials and contribute to Business Reviews and supplier audits.
- Maintain purchasing data integrity: create and update orders, contracts and tariffs in SAP.
- Produce analyses and management reporting; participate in continuous improvement of reporting and control tools.
- Track supplier compliance indicators and support follow‑up of corrective actions.
Qualifications
- Enrolment in a Master’s programme (M1 or M2) in business school, IAE or equivalent with a clear interest in Purchasing/Procurement.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesise commercial and technical information.
- Rigorous, structured and results‑oriented approach to project work.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative team orientation.
- Proactive, curious and able to work autonomously under tutor supervision.
- Fluent English (spoken and written).
