Role & Responsibilities

  • Support operational purchasing activities and product launch processes for packaging and subcontracted components.
  • Contribute to supplier consultations: analyse briefs, structure RFPs and compare proposals against quality, cost, lead time and innovation criteria.
  • Assist in building award strategies and participate in commercial and contractual negotiations.
  • Monitor development milestones in coordination with Development, Marketing and Production teams to ensure on‑time launches.
  • Analyse supplier economic and operational performance and identify optimisation levers (value analysis, cost competitiveness, risk mitigation, eco‑design).
  • Contribute to Business Review preparation and presentation materials; support continuous improvement of reporting and governance tools.
  • Ensure the integrity of procurement data by creating and updating orders, contracts and price lists in SAP.
  • Produce analyses and management reports; support supplier audits and compliance indicator tracking.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Master 1 or Master 2 programme (business school, IAE or equivalent) with a clear intention to specialise in purchasing/procurement.
  • Strong command of English (working fluency).
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables) and strong PowerPoint skills.
  • Analytical mindset with proven ability to synthesise complex information and produce management-ready reporting.
  • Rigorous, structured and results-oriented, with a collaborative approach and strong interpersonal skills.
