Christian Dior Sydney seeks a Public Relations Intern to support communications, media relations, and operations. Unpaid, part-time role for Australian or New Zealand university students.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage and support the sample inventory process, including product movement documentation and showroom presentation
  • Consolidate press coverage for reporting and assist with data extraction for crediting requests
  • Support the preparation of sample stocktakes and maintain physical samples through steaming, repairs, and dry cleaning coordination
  • Analyze the Australian talent market and prepare request forms for dressing requests and media placements
  • Provide logistical support for public relations initiatives by liaising with retail, logistics, and merchandising teams to coordinate product requests
  • Execute ad-hoc communications projects as assigned and file print magazines and press clippings
  • Participate in the daily operations of the communications department and contribute to a collaborative team environment

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree in Fashion, Marketing and Communications, or a related field at an Australian or New Zealand university
  • Strong academic record
  • Basic understanding of public relations principles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
