Christian Dior Couture seeks a Public Relations Coordinator (Temporary) in New York. Hourly $20–$25; supports press relations, sample logistics and editorial reporting.
Role & Responsibilities
- Produce weekly press reports and press clippings across print categories, and compile monthly 'covers' reports.
- Coordinate with editorial partners to fulfil product and editorial requests, managing sample trafficking and showroom maintenance.
- Oversee logistics for shipping and receiving editorial samples and maintain magazine archives and the sample closet.
- Generate publication 'credits' reports and prepare editorial tagging, monthly books, research and competitive reports.
- Arrange and coordinate press appointments, conferences, meetings and other PR events.
- Draft and respond to written and verbal correspondence on behalf of the PR team.
- Support the Public Relations team by completing assigned tasks accurately and on schedule; perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of prior experience in fashion public relations or consumer goods PR.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications or a related discipline.
- Demonstrable discretion handling confidential, sensitive or controversial information.
- Strong time-management, prioritization and multitasking abilities; capacity to work under tight deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal and telephone skills; ability to build and maintain relationships with editorial and internal stakeholders.

Experience
1–2 years of relevant experience in fashion PR or consumer goods public relations, with hands-on exposure to editorial relations, sample management and press reporting.
Education
BA in Communications or related field.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 20 to USD 25 per hour.
