Dior Singapore internship in PR & communications (Oct–Dec 2026). Support press relations, media monitoring, and event coordination in luxury fashion.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate press sample rack management and liaise with media, editors, stylists, and KOLs regarding sample loans for shoots in Singapore and overseas
- Process sample loan documentation, oversee packing and unpacking of items for pickups and returns, and manage delivery logistics
- Maintain press sample inventory according to brand guidelines, receive and catalogue new samples, and ensure proper condition of all materials
- Monitor print and digital platforms daily for brand coverage and editorial mentions
- Prepare editorial clippings and press review reports for product launches and competitor events, tracking monthly magazine reception and updating the media database
- Manage press gifts inventory and coordinate gifting presentations in accordance with brand guidelines
- Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely press gift delivery and assist with press event hosting and walk-through management
- Oversee monthly print magazine advertising coordination with the Regional office and follow up on print and digital reporting submissions from the media agency
- Compile monthly post-buy campaign reports for social media and out-of-home advertising platforms
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or current enrolment in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related discipline
- Strong organisational and administrative capabilities with meticulous attention to detail
- Proactive and energetic disposition with demonstrated passion for fashion, media relations, and PR storytelling
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks and meet strict deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills suitable for professional external stakeholder engagement

Beginner level; no prior professional experience required. Candidates should demonstrate enthusiasm for fashion communications and media relations.
Education
Bachelor's degree or current enrolment in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
