Role & Responsibilities

• Assist with preparing weekly e-newsletters for the press across all universes, following regional direction.
• Assist with preparing weekly PR reports for the regional team across all universes.
• Conduct weekly PR stock counts to help prevent losses and submit reports to the PR & Communications Manager.
• Receive samples and gifts from the regional team and coordinate timely dispatch with Logistics.
• Support PR KOL and press sessions and events, including gift wrapping, counting and stock management.
• Support PR coordination with stylists and the press for sample loans, under the supervision and with the approval of the PR & Communications Manager.
• Manage gift stock, including receiving, delivery and distribution, and audit gift usage with boutique teams.
• Coordinate between boutiques, the office and suppliers to execute events and client treatments.
• Assist with preparing event and gifting reports, including photos, and collect feedback from boutique teams.
• Assist with preparing payment documents for expenses within the PR and Client Development scope.
• Support the Dior Magazine project, including sampling, delivery and reporting.
• Support digital tools by collecting feedback and incident requests for Dior Star and Dior Nova.
