Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the complete deployment pipeline from project briefing through store opening, including roadmap reporting and retail information analysis
- Translate validated design concepts to ensure integration within existing environments while accommodating project-specific constraints
- Develop detailed design specifications including plans, elevations, and technical details for supplier consultation and project execution
- Validate technical drawings and specifications prepared by architects, joiners, and contractors
- Oversee store construction and fixture installation in collaboration with local teams and suppliers
- Monitor project timelines and budgets at each phase to ensure financial and schedule compliance
- Ensure consistent application of brand design guidelines and standards across all regional deployments
- Train and support regional teams and suppliers on design standards, requirements, and evolution of brand specifications
- Adapt and evolve design guidelines to address specific market needs and local constraints
- Cultivate existing supplier relationships and identify and engage new supply partners
- Coach shop-fitters on technical specifications, brand standards, and project requirements with clear, structured guidance
- Conduct quality assurance on all fixtures and retail environments
- Provide counsel and support on B&C projects as required
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within luxury or retail sectors
- Advanced project management competencies with proven track record of successful delivery
- Proficient in CAD software, specifically AutoCAD
- Bilingual fluency in French and English
- Solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities

Experience
