Christian Dior Parfums, Saint-Jean-de-Braye: Project Manager, Packaging Development & Industrialisation (full-time, hybrid).
Role & Responsibilities
- Define and develop packaging modes (PTFs, carton configurations, etc.) for all components delivered to production facilities and compatible with assigned packaging lines, integrating ergonomic constraints
- Lead Simplified Risk Analysis (ASR) sessions upstream of projects to identify potential risks and corrective actions
- Identify validation points requiring trials and technical pre-series testing (PST)
- Facilitate FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) Process sessions with retained suppliers
- Serve as liaison between production units, industrial planning, quality, and packaging development to guide technical decision-making
- Programme and execute trials/PST and analyse results
- Ensure validation and approval for each trial/PST, making recommendations where necessary
- Produce and disseminate trial and PST reports
- Chair monthly Packaging Development Industrialisation Coordination meetings and track follow-up actions across all participants
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and elimination of packaging-related losses
- Manage industrialisation timelines in alignment with the master project schedule and escalate alerts on technical or scheduling challenges
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent (BAC+5 qualification)
- Minimum 3 years of proven project management experience
- Foundational knowledge of packaging materials (metalloplastics, glass, cardboard, etc.) and transformation techniques
- Demonstrated appetite for industrial production processes, assembly machinery, and collaboration with operational and production support teams
- Active listening and analytical skills with openness to new perspectives and propensity for constructive proposals
- Proficiency in communication and facilitation of meetings and working groups
- Strong organisational sense and attention to detail
- Flexibility, curiosity, creativity, and adaptability in dynamic environments
- Operational proficiency in English

Experience
Minimum 3 years of successful project management experience, preferably within packaging development, industrial production, or related manufacturing environments
Education
Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent advanced qualification (BAC+5)
