Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans including Gantt charts, milestones, and work breakdown structures for assigned collections and projects
  • Track and monitor project progress against plan with focus on timing, deliverables, and dependencies
  • Manage day-to-day coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution
  • Oversee execution of all development and industrialization phases including sampling, prototyping, costing, and production readiness
  • Monitor and update RAG (Red/Amber/Green) status and project key performance indicators
  • Identify, track, and manage risks and issues with structured mitigation actions
  • Support definition and tracking of collection calendars and timelines
  • Prepare and deliver regular status reports to stakeholders
  • Ensure timely completion of all milestones through final product shipment
  • Manage project documentation and system updates within PMO tools
  • Support change management processes addressing scope, timing, and priority adjustments
  • Identify critical paths and potential bottlenecks proactively
  • Drive accountability across functions to meet established deadlines
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of planning and execution processes
  • Optimize workflow coordination between product development and production teams
  • Ensure alignment between product requirements and industrial production constraints

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, or equivalent discipline
  • Business Administration, Management, or Supply Chain Management qualification
  • Minimum 10 years professional experience in the fashion industry
  • Proven experience in a project management role within fashion or luxury goods
  • Solid knowledge of project management fundamentals including planning, tracking, and risk management
  • Hands-on experience with Gantt planning and milestone tracking tools
  • Comprehensive understanding of fashion product development and production processes
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlines
  • Strong proficiency in data tracking, reporting, and KPI monitoring
  • Familiarity with critical path analysis and dependency management
  • Experience with PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) and ERP systems preferred
  • Structured approach to problem-solving and issue resolution
  • Strong coordination and communication capabilities across functional departments
  • Exceptional attention to detail and execution discipline
  • Proficiency in Excel and data handling tools
  • Fluency in English, Italian, and French
