Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage a comprehensive portfolio of 20–30 annual Launch Pack development projects across fragrance, skincare, makeup, and activation categories
  • Develop and maintain detailed development schedules and retroplannings calibrated to launch scope and activated touchpoints
  • Coordinate all project contributors (marketing, advertising studios, merchandising, PR, digital, training, client marketing, procurement) to ensure milestone compliance and serve as the single point of accountability for timeline integrity
  • Identify project risks and define mitigation action plans in consultation with departmental stakeholders
  • Organize and lead weekly and monthly Launch Pack development review meetings
  • Identify process blockages and improvement opportunities through analysis of available activity reporting
  • Contribute to Launch Pack process transformation to address brand priorities including digital channels, direct-to-consumer expansion, sustainability objectives, and business growth
  • Conduct stakeholder analysis to define process improvement requirements and develop evidence-based recommendations
  • Champion process evolution and drive organizational change management across impacted teams
