Role & Responsibilities

• Lead working groups across packaging development functions to identify process and tool enhancements for the Graphic Box system
• Draft technical specifications for tool evolutions and coordinate implementation with the software vendor
• Monitor and ensure timely deployment of system improvements and enhancements
• Guarantee the quality of delivered updates through test scenario development and rigorous execution
• Provide operational support to packaging development teams using the Graphic Box platform
• Update user documentation and conduct training sessions to support organizational change management
• Participate in design workshops dedicated to digital tool upgrades and development
• Pilot cross-functional working groups to define and implement new internal processes
• Lead change management initiatives and organizational alignment activities
• Foster data literacy and digital acculturation across the packaging development department

Qualifications

• Master's 1 or Master's 2 student (business school, engineering school, or equivalent)
• Strong commitment to project management specialization
• Rigorous, structured approach with results-oriented mindset
• Excellent technological literacy and digital fluency
