Role & Responsibilities
- Lead continuous improvement projects by analyzing existing processes, collecting and synthesizing data, defining adapted methodologies, and establishing performance indicators
- Deploy improvement solutions and new tools while guiding cross-functional teams through change management and providing user training
- Develop operational performance management dashboards and monitoring tools using Power BI
- Establish tracking indicators for operational performance (forecast accuracy, OTIF, delay monitoring) and contribute to demand forecasting reliability
- Construct data models to support pricing development, particularly for strategic clients such as Louis Vuitton
- Manage client portfolio operations including order receipt, analysis, and ERP integration
- Coordinate with planning teams to integrate orders into production schedules and communicate delivery timelines
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a Master's degree programme (Bac+5) at a business school or engineering school
- Fluency in French and English, both oral and written
- Strong analytical and synthetic thinking capabilities
- Demonstrated organizational rigor and methodological discipline
