Role & Responsibilities

  • Plan, manage and deliver assigned collections or projects end-to-end, from concept planning through final shipment, ensuring adherence to scope, quality and timelines.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans (Gantt, milestones, WBS), monitor progress, and update RAG status and KPIs.
  • Coordinate day-to-day activities across cross-functional teams including design, development, industrialization, costing and production to ensure readiness for production.
  • Drive sampling, prototyping and production readiness processes; ensure alignment between product requirements and industrial constraints.
  • Identify, assess and manage project risks and issues; establish and track mitigation actions and contingency plans.
  • Prepare and present regular status reports and structured inputs for portfolio-level decisions and Program Manager reviews.
  • Implement change management for scope, timing and priorities while promoting accountability and on-time milestone completion.
  • Maintain and update project documentation and records within PMO tools and support continuous improvement of planning and execution processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, Business Administration or Supply Chain Management (or equivalent).
  • Minimum of 10 years' professional experience, with demonstrable prior experience in the fashion industry in a similar project management role.
  • Proven mastery of project management fundamentals: planning, tracking, risk management and critical path analysis.
  • Fluency in English; Italian and French are mandatory.
  • High proficiency in Excel and strong data-tracking, reporting and KPI monitoring capabilities.
  • Hands-on experience with Gantt planning and milestone tracking tools; familiarity with PLM and ERP systems preferred.
  • Strong cross-functional coordination, communication skills, attention to detail and execution discipline.

Experience
