Role & Responsibilities
- Participate in business requirement workshops and functional specification sessions during the design phase
- Contribute to the formalization of business needs and functional specifications
- Prepare and execute functional testing (user acceptance testing) on the new forecasting tool
- Identify anomalies, track remedial actions, and validate system enhancements
- Assist in preparing training and communication materials for deployment
- Coordinate between central and regional teams during the deployment phase
