Parfums Christian Dior internship: 6-month Beauty Experience Project Assistant role in Business Development. Based in Neuilly-sur-Seine, France.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate service delivery across three strategic axes by drafting briefs, updating communication materials, and serving as interface with internal teams
- Develop new beauty services by defining concepts and designing protocols in collaboration with marketing development and training teams
- Oversee omnichannel service functionality, supervise digital-in-store tool performance, propose optimizations, and coordinate market initiatives with Beauty Tech teams
- Contribute to personalization service initiatives by drafting briefs, establishing directives, and producing associated print and digital assets
- Conduct strategic market analysis and competitive intelligence to formulate recommendations and strengthen Dior Skincare and Makeup experience positioning
Qualifications
- Master's degree student (business school, university, or equivalent program)
- Preferred: final-year internship with prior experience in luxury and beauty sectors
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Fluent English; French proficiency is a strong asset
