Role & Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage and coordinate production processes to ensure timely delivery and optimal capacity utilization
- Lead, mentor, and develop a motivated production team, including workforce planning, technical guidance, and individual professional growth
- Maintain and enforce excellent quality standards and the highest levels of artisanal precision
- Actively design and optimize manufacturing processes through the development of innovative techniques and efficient standards
- Oversee effective inventory management and ensure material availability for uninterrupted production
- Serve as a communication bridge between internal departments and external partners to align project objectives and deadlines
- Comprehensively monitor and strategically coordinate all production orders
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training as a goldsmith or equivalent artisanal craft qualification
- Proficiency in German and English (written and spoken)
- Proven experience in leading and developing team members
- Minimum three years of production or manufacturing leadership experience
- Preference for Master Craftsperson certification or equivalent advanced qualification
- Knowledge of SAP preferred
