Christian Dior Couture — Production Purchasing Officer in Redon, Brittany, France. Temporary role managing procurement for Baby Dior ateliers.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage sourcing and purchasing of components and materials for Baby Dior ateliers, including issuance and follow-up of purchase orders.
- Perform quality and colour compliance checks on incoming materials and coordinate corrective actions with suppliers.
- Verify supplier invoices and compile monthly purchasing and cost reports.
- Coordinate purchases of merchant goods and cut-and-sew (à façon): secure production capacity, schedule staggered launches and monitor fulfilment against client coverage targets.
- Build and maintain the finished-goods replenishment plan in collaboration with planning and production teams.
- Oversee production follow-up and supplier performance for a defined manufacturer portfolio; produce performance reporting and drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with OEA-related procedures and other security, safety and customs regulations relevant to the purchasing function.
Qualifications
- Master's degree (Bac+5) in Business, Supply Chain, Purchasing or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years' professional experience in purchasing/procurement with international scope; prior experience in the textile industry is essential.
- Strong written and oral communication skills in French and English; proficiency in Italian and Portuguese is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to drive supplier performance, work cross-functionally and take initiative.
- Excellent drafting and reporting abilities and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.

Minimum five years' experience in international purchasing or production procurement, ideally within textile or apparel manufacturing. Experience managing supplier capacity, production follow‑up and performance reporting is required.
Education
Master's degree (Bac+5) in Business, Commerce, Supply Chain, Purchasing or equivalent.

The successful candidate will be located in Redon, Brittany, France, with easy access to Rennes.
