Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage sourcing and purchasing of components and materials for Baby Dior ateliers, including issuance and follow-up of purchase orders.
  • Perform quality and colour compliance checks on incoming materials and coordinate corrective actions with suppliers.
  • Verify supplier invoices and compile monthly purchasing and cost reports.
  • Coordinate purchases of merchant goods and cut-and-sew (à façon): secure production capacity, schedule staggered launches and monitor fulfilment against client coverage targets.
  • Build and maintain the finished-goods replenishment plan in collaboration with planning and production teams.
  • Oversee production follow-up and supplier performance for a defined manufacturer portfolio; produce performance reporting and drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with OEA-related procedures and other security, safety and customs regulations relevant to the purchasing function.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree (Bac+5) in Business, Supply Chain, Purchasing or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years' professional experience in purchasing/procurement with international scope; prior experience in the textile industry is essential.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills in French and English; proficiency in Italian and Portuguese is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive supplier performance, work cross-functionally and take initiative.
  • Excellent drafting and reporting abilities and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.

Experience

Minimum five years' experience in international purchasing or production procurement, ideally within textile or apparel manufacturing. Experience managing supplier capacity, production follow‑up and performance reporting is required.
