Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor hourly production performance across all manufacturing lines and identify improvement opportunities
- Participate in the implementation and monitoring of quality control methods, including fatigue assessment and recalibration protocols
- Characterise manufacturing specifications and track industrialisation indicators
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives designed to optimise production flows, quality, and productivity
- Actively support team observation and management practices under the guidance of the production unit manager
