Christian Dior Couture seeks an experienced Production Director in Paris to lead all House content production with strategic oversight and operational excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee production organization and execution of all House content including lookbooks, e-commerce, social media, and press materials
- Coordinate and execute photo shoots and film productions (models, products, commercial film), ensuring alignment with creative briefs from artistic directors
- Prepare and secure all necessary products, talent castings, crew, and set décor for shoots and productions
- Manage and monitor production budgets with precision, negotiating all vendor services—studios, technical crews, talent, post-production—within allocated envelopes
- Negotiate and secure image exploitation rights in collaboration with legal teams where necessary
- Track production timelines, deliverables, and invoicing to completion
- Manage talent and model contracts, rights renegotiations, and ensure legal liaison on intellectual property matters
- Build and maintain production budgets across all projects
- Handle administrative oversight of all productions including purchase orders, contracts, invoicing, and budget tracking
- Attend and oversee essential shoots and events, including international travel
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of production experience as a producer within an agency or in the fashion and luxury sector
- Demonstrated mastery of budget tracking and financial management
- Proven ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects
- Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines
- Track record of respecting production budgets and delivery timelines
