Role & Responsibilities

  • Program and tune production equipment including automation systems, machine vision and robotics to ensure reliable and optimized line performance.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot complex faults on automated packaging and filling lines in collaboration with the site engineering team and the assigned tutor.
  • Execute and document maintenance interventions rigorously within the GMAO (Gestion de la Maintenance Assistée par Ordinateur/CMMS) to support knowledge capitalisation.
  • Perform proactive preventive maintenance to preserve equipment longevity and minimise unplanned downtime.
  • Participate in project teams to validate new formats, products or packaging trials and support machine modifications and installations.
  • Propose and implement continuous improvement actions (PDCA) to enhance equipment efficiency and process robustness.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bac+2/3 programme with a specialization in automation, industrial maintenance, electrotechnics or equivalent.
  • Previous hands‑on exposure through internship, alternance or school project in maintenance or automation is desirable.
  • Strong analytical aptitude with a methodical approach to troubleshooting and documentation.
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional technical teams.
  • Curiosity, proactivity and a demonstrated interest in continuous improvement; comfortable with standard IT tools.
