Christian Dior Couture seeks Production and Quality Control Technician in Puglia, Italy for luxury women's apparel manufacturing oversight.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to external laboratories and internal departments for the resolution of production-related technical issues
- Ensure quality control of production at external laboratories by assessing manufacturing quality and adherence to agreed timelines and production schedules
- Analyze and compile reports on qualitative performance metrics for individual suppliers
- Issue qualitative performance reports and documentation
- Promptly escalate production defects and quality concerns to modelling and industrialization departments for collaborative resolution
Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in similar positions within luxury women's apparel
- Strong knowledge of product development phases and production setup processes
- Technical communication skills with external laboratories and service providers
- Comprehensive understanding of raw materials and women's garment construction processes
- Proactive approach and collaborative mindset

Experience
Minimum 10 years of experience in production and quality control within the luxury apparel sector, with demonstrated expertise in women's clothing manufacturing and external supplier management.
Education
