Role & Responsibilities

  • Prepare internal meetings by gathering necessary materials and setting the agenda.
  • Manage administrative tasks including expense reports, purchase orders, and coordinating with accounting for supplier payments.
  • Compile dossiers for top management and creative teams, consolidating information on concepts, locations, and casting.
  • Assist with styling logistics, ensuring products are prepared for shoots and coordinating with marketing, press, boutiques, and styling teams.
  • Create styling documents summarizing products sent to the studio.
  • Verify product presence and conformity at the studio, manage unpacking and packing, and create boards.
  • Post-shoot, formalize product presentations in PowerPoint for images and videos.
  • Summarize assets developed for campaigns and editions.
  • Oversee retouching processes, acting as a liaison between business units and retouchers.
  • Download and update image/video files on Dior's servers.
  • Coordinate logistics for shoots, including hotel, transport, and taxi bookings.
  • Gather iconography and texts for editions.
  • Proofread versions and layouts of editorial paths.
  • Assist with casting processes.
  • Interface with Parfums Christian Dior and creative agencies.
  • Support the setup of elements related to editorial paths.
  • Send texts for translation into various languages.
  • Process images for Editions and digital platforms.
  • Proofread final proofs before printing for editions.

Qualifications

  • Enrollment in a business or communication school.
  • Agility, organization, versatility, and rigor.

Skills

Proficiency in English and Microsoft Office tools, including PowerPoint and Excel. Ability to manage priorities and stress. Strong interpersonal skills and decision-making ability. Attention to detail and organizational skills.

Experience

No prior experience required, suitable for beginners.

Education

Currently enrolled in a business or communication school.
