Role & Responsibilities

  • Transform business imperatives into high-impact functional and technical PLM solutions aligned with Christian Dior Couture's manufacturing excellence standards
  • Federate cross-functional stakeholders across all product universes to surface, prioritize, and validate requirements that drive platform evolution
  • Own and articulate the product vision; define the PLM roadmap and strategic development strategy in consultation with leadership and technical architecture teams
  • Lead backlog prioritization and refinement based on business value delivery and alignment with organizational strategic ambitions
  • Ensure core model coherence and architect decisions; challenge and validate design choices, configuration parameters, and system integration approaches
  • Mentor CENTRIC development teams, propagate best practices, and foster a culture of continuous improvement through user feedback and performance analytics
  • Orchestrate end-to-end alignment between CENTRIC, SAP, supply chain traceability, and merchandising ecosystem components; manage dependencies with functional and systems architects
  • Champion continuous platform improvement informed by stakeholder feedback, operational metrics, and emerging manufacturing and retail requirements
  • Coordinate and support international deployment initiatives, from concept validation through feature delivery and production launch
  • Advocate for and implement Green IT best practices across the PLM ecosystem, in alignment with LVMH LIFE360 environmental sustainability program

Qualifications

  • Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience with CENTRIC PLM, preferably within luxury retail or fashion manufacturing
  • Demonstrated expertise in CENTRIC configuration with proven ability to arbitrate between standard configuration and bespoke development to optimize business outcomes
  • Strong capability to translate business processes into functional and technical specifications, estimate project scope, and deliver committed functionality
  • Solid understanding of product development lifecycle, manufacturing operations, and supply chain processes in fashion or luxury goods
  • Proven ability to assess the impact of new requirements on complex, interconnected technology ecosystems
  • Advanced communication skills in both written and verbal contexts; demonstrated effectiveness engaging with stakeholders across all organizational levels
  • Strong team orientation, leadership presence, and ability to build consensus and motivate cross-functional stakeholder groups
