Christian Dior Couture seeks Product Owner PIM DAM in Paris for digital transformation leadership. Master's + 10 years product management required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Define product vision and PIM/DAM roadmap aligned with business objectives, omnichannel requirements, and the Maison's digital strategy
- Direct delivery and platform evolution of Product & Asset Management solutions, ensuring deliverable quality, backlog prioritization, and commitment adherence
- Animate development teams and Agile ceremonies to ensure clear requirements understanding, user story documentation, and sprint execution
- Coordinate business and IT stakeholders across eCommerce, Retail, Content, Communication, Image, and Heritage functions to guarantee solution coherence
- Spearhead strategic transformation initiatives, including DAM migration, managing risks, dependencies, and delivery success
- Continuously optimize the PIM/DAM ecosystem by identifying improvement opportunities, best practices, and operational efficiency levers
Qualifications
- Master's degree (Bac+5) in engineering, business, or equivalent university discipline
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in Product Management or Product Ownership
- Demonstrated expertise in PIM, DAM, digital content management, and omnichannel retail solutions
- Technical acumen in data modeling, systems integration, ETL, and data flow architecture
- Proven experience leading digital transformation projects and platform migrations
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe)
- Fluent English (written and spoken) for international stakeholder engagement

Experience
Minimum 10 years of experience in Product Management or Product Ownership, ideally on complex digital products. Proven track record leading digital transformation and platform migration initiatives in a luxury or fashion context is advantageous.
Education
Master's degree (Bac+5) in engineering, business school, or equivalent university discipline.
