Christian Dior Couture seeks a Product Owner PIM DAM in Paris to lead digital content and asset management transformation.
Role & Responsibilities
- Define the product vision and roadmap for PIM/DAM solutions aligned with business objectives, omnichannel priorities, and the Maison's digital strategy
- Pilot platform delivery and evolution across Product and Asset Management, ensuring quality of deliverables, backlog prioritization, and commitment adherence
- Lead development teams through Agile ceremonies, ensuring clear understanding of requirements, user story documentation, and sprint execution
- Coordinate with business and IT stakeholders across eCommerce, Retail, Content, Communication, Image, and Heritage to ensure solution coherence and organizational adoption
- Oversee strategic transformation initiatives, including DAM migration, with rigorous risk management, dependency tracking, and successful delivery
- Drive continuous optimization of the PIM/DAM ecosystem through identification of improvement opportunities, best practice implementation, and operational efficiency gains
Qualifications
- Master's degree (Bac+5) from an engineering school, business school, or university
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Product Management or Product Ownership
- Proven expertise in PIM, DAM, and digital content management solutions with omnichannel retail understanding
- Strong technical acumen including data modeling, systems integration, ETL, and data flow architecture
- Demonstrated experience leading digital transformation and platform migration projects
- Mastery of Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe)
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder coordination capabilities across business, IT, and external partners
Skills
Experience
Minimum 10 years of experience in Product Management or Product Ownership roles, ideally encompassing complex digital products. Demonstrable track record of leading PIM and DAM initiatives within luxury or retail environments, with proven success in digital transformation projects and cross-functional team leadership.
Education
Master's degree (Bac+5) from an engineering school (école d'ingénieur), business school (école de commerce), or university.
