Christian Dior Couture — Courbevoie: Product Owner, Client Payment & Accounts Receivable (6‑month maternity cover, temporary).
Role & Responsibilities
- Define and own the functional vision and roadmap for the Client Payment & Accounts Receivable product, aligned with Finance and IT strategy.
- Ensure coherence and global standardisation of payment, reconciliation and accounts receivable processes across retail and e‑commerce channels.
- Oversee integration and orchestration of payment service providers (PSP), including Adyen, and coordinate transactional flows between commercial platforms and the Finance information system.
- Guarantee accurate posting of transactions in SAP and the integrity, traceability and auditability of associated financial data.
- Elicit, analyse and challenge requirements from Finance teams (Accounts Receivable, Treasury) and translate them into clear functional specifications.
- Collaborate with solution architects and technical teams to design pragmatic functional solutions and prioritise the product backlog by business value.
- Drive Agile delivery (Scrum / Kanban) from definition through deployment, monitor product performance and incidents, and maintain transparent stakeholder communication.
- Report to the Manager, Finance Applications and work closely with Finance IT, business stakeholders and technical squads in an international, omnichannel environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years' experience in IT Finance product management, with demonstrable expertise in payments, collections or accounts receivable.
- Strong knowledge of Order‑to‑Cash and Accounts Receivable processes, with a firm understanding of financial data quality, internal controls and audit requirements.
- Proven experience in international, multi‑system landscapes and in managing cross‑functional stakeholders.
- Experience with ERP finance environments, ideally SAP FI – Accounts Receivable (ECC or S/4HANA).
- Practical experience working in Agile ways of working (Scrum or Kanban) and using collaborative tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Fluency in French (required) and professional working proficiency in English.
- Excellent analytical, synthesis and communication skills; rigor, proactivity and a results orientation.

Education
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems or equivalent professional experience.
