Christian Dior Couture in Paris seeks a Product Manager, Women's Leather Goods (Lady Dior & pillars) to lead collection planning, pricing and launches.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop four annual collection briefs for the studio covering trends, market opportunities, strategic orientations and target assortment.
- Edit and refine the collection plan in collaboration with the design studio and development teams; provide product recommendations and adjustments through showroom sign‑off.
- Manage product attribute codification and maintain control of the product master/reference database.
- Define pricing strategy in partnership with industrial and commercial teams; perform collection pricing, repricing and margin monitoring.
- Build and maintain the modelario — a collection dashboard and buying tool — to support merchandising and purchasing decisions.
- Craft clear product storytelling and technical briefs for internal stakeholders (retail merchandisers, wholesale, press, digital, training).
- Organise four annual showrooms: manage prototypes, coordinate photoshoots with the studio photography team and present products to retail and wholesale merchandisers.
- Follow up on technical product development with industrial and quality teams to ensure launch readiness.
- Coordinate 360° launch plans across press, digital, clienteling (VIP/VIC) and training to optimise collection rollouts.
- Select and supply prototypes for shootings; oversee press, digital and VIP sample orders.
- Produce post‑showroom synthesis documents (buying summaries, launch packs) for regional zones and internal teams.
- Ensure the accuracy and quality of product descriptions by working closely with the copywriting team.
- Conduct competitive benchmarking and price mapping; deliver ad hoc studies for top management as required.
- Supervise and mentor an intern assigned to the product marketing team.
Qualifications
- Degree from a business school or equivalent in marketing, commerce, management or luxury goods.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in product marketing/product management within fashion, ideally leather goods or handbags.
- Fluent in French and English (written and spoken); Italian considered a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with proven experience in pricing, margin control and collection planning.
- Excellent organisational skills, able to manage multiple projects and tight timelines.
- High level of rigor and attention to detail; strong sense for product and aesthetic quality.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, teamwork orientation, autonomy and proactivity.

Minimum 3 years of professional experience in product marketing or product management within luxury fashion, preferably in leather goods or handbags, with demonstrable experience in collection planning, pricing and cross‑functional launches.
Education
