Christian Dior Couture Paris: Product Manager for Women's Footwear. Lead seasonal collection strategy and development. Full-time, CDI.
Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare seasonal collection briefs (four per year) for design studios, incorporating trend analysis, market opportunities, sales history, and strategic orientations
- Collaborate with Industrial Development teams in Italy to construct collection catalogues (modelarios) and manage product codification, reference integrity, and technical specifications
- Edit collection plans in partnership with studio and development teams, providing product recommendations and adjustments through showroom presentation
- Coordinate prototype availability for design studio fittings and oversee technical refinement with Industrial Development teams
- Establish and optimize processes and workflows alongside industrial and technical partners
- Present collections to support departments including Legal and Customer Service teams; validate design deposits and product nomenclature with Legal
- Liaise with Visual Merchandising on prop development and installation strategies for showroom presentations
- Autonomously manage special projects including Couture Footwear, Haute Couture, and Bridal collections
- Conduct continuous competitive intelligence by monitoring competitor collections, launches, pricing strategies, and market positioning; prepare seasonal competitive reviews and positioning maps
- Formulate strategic recommendations based on competitive analysis and market insights
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or equivalent qualification
- Fluent in French and English (written and spoken proficiency mandatory); Italian language skills highly valued
- Minimum three years of professional experience in product development and marketing outside formal education
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong written and oral presentation capabilities
- Excellent analytical, synthesis, organizational, and initiative-taking skills
- Meticulous attention to detail with demonstrated rigor and precision
- Strong interpersonal skills with collaborative spirit and personal autonomy
- Proactive engagement with fashion trends, industry news, and market developments

Minimum three years of product development and marketing experience in the fashion or luxury goods sector, preferably with footwear or accessories categories.
