Christian Dior Couture seeks a Product Manager for Shoe Development in Paris, France. Lead luxury footwear collections from concept to production.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead collection planning and ensure coordination between France and Italy teams and industrial partners to guarantee technical feasibility and adherence to timelines
- Oversee the complete product development lifecycle from initial prototypes through industrial validation
- Manage and monitor sampling progress, ensuring quality at each stage
- Control and monitor development costs to ensure budget adherence
- Track components, accessories, and new material developments
- Direct the finalization and technical validation phases of shoe models
- Anticipate technical, quality, and manufacturing risks to mitigate delays and quality issues
- Organize regular validation checkpoints with Development, Industrialization, and Production teams
- Conduct and coordinate technical testing on industrialized models
- Ensure consistent sizing across all models
- Drive the technical validation timeline to maintain project schedules
- Verify technical compliance before industrial launch
Qualifications
- Master's degree (Bac +5) or equivalent qualification
- Mandatory expertise in footwear product development and manufacturing
- Fluent in both French and English; Italian proficiency is a strong advantage
- Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and external industrial partners
- Strong understanding of technical footwear specifications and quality standards

Experience
3 to 5 years of experience in footwear product development or related product management roles, preferably within luxury or high-end manufacturing environments
Education
Master's degree (Bac +5 or equivalent) in a relevant field such as Fashion Design, Engineering, Product Development, or Luxury Goods Management
