Dior.com Product Manager (7-month CDD) in Neuilly-sur-Seine. Lead e-commerce platform strategy and execution for luxury brand.
Role & Responsibilities
- Partner directly with the Head of Product to define and refine product vision across the Engage & Convert perimeters, identifying business needs and overseeing delivery with Product Owners
- Drive PI Planning preparation and execution, ensuring feature readiness, roadmap prioritization, KPI definition, and cross-team communication
- Lead and facilitate product governance committees, translating decisions and insights to feature teams, regional leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders
- Establish and monitor KPIs in collaboration with feature teams and the Data function to continuously measure feature performance and drive product optimization
- Own end-to-end delivery of strategic roadmap initiatives, including project scoping, timeline management, risk mitigation, and stakeholder coordination
- Mentor and develop three Product Owners, raising competency in backlog quality, user story definition, functional specifications, and definition-of-ready standards
- Facilitate seamless collaboration across Design, Data, eMerchandising, Webmastering, Tech, regional teams, and peer feature teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from a top-tier business or engineering school, ideally with digital specialization
- Minimum 8 years of e-commerce experience, with multiple assignments in Product Owner or Product Manager roles
- Proficiency in Salesforce Commerce Cloud and SAFe agile framework
- Fluent English (spoken and written); daily usage required
- Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder management, collaboration, and cross-functional communication
- Strategic mindset with ability to balance business vision, customer needs, and brand positioning
- Project management rigor: coordination, anticipation, alert escalation, and process formalization
- Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities with proven ability to prioritize competing demands
Skills
Experience
Minimum 8 years in e-commerce, including multiple missions in Product Owner or Product Manager capacity. Demonstrated ability to navigate multi-cultural, multi-functional environments and rapidly integrate into complex organizational structures.
Education
Bachelor's degree from a top-tier business or engineering school, ideally with specialization in digital or technology.
