Dior seeks an E-commerce Product Manager (7-month contract) in Paris to lead Dior.com product vision, manage feature teams, and drive luxury digital transformation.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Head of Product to define and execute product vision for the Engage & Convert feature teams, including needs identification, delivery oversight, and strategic arbitration
  • Lead PI Planning preparation and execution, ensuring feature readiness, cross-team coherence, dependency management, and continuous KPI definition and monitoring
  • Facilitate and animate cross-functional product committees, disseminating strategic information to feature teams, regional partners, business stakeholders, and senior leadership
  • Define and track feature-level KPIs in partnership with Data and feature teams to measure performance and drive continuous product improvement
  • Manage end-to-end delivery of strategic roadmap initiatives through project governance, retroplanning, risk identification, mitigation planning, and executive reporting
  • Mentor, coach, and develop three Product Owners to ensure consistent quality of backlogs, user stories, functional specifications, and definition of ready standards
  • Facilitate seamless collaboration across Design, Data, eMerchandising, Webmastering, Technology, regional teams, and other feature teams

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or related discipline (digital specialization preferred)
  • Minimum 8 years of e-commerce experience with substantial tenure as a Product Owner or Product Manager
  • Proven mastery of stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration, and interpersonal communication
  • Demonstrated strategic vision and ability to balance business, customer, and brand priorities against effort and technical cost
  • Advanced project management and e-commerce process expertise (coordination, anticipation, escalation, formalization)
  • Demonstrated ability to integrate rapidly into multicultural, multifunctional environments
  • Fluent English proficiency (both written and oral, daily usage required)

Experience

Minimum 8 years in e-commerce, with substantial prior experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in digital or omnichannel environments. Proven track record of navigating matrix organizations and delivering complex, multi-stakeholder product initiatives. Experience managing distributed teams across regions and cultures is advantageous.

Education

Master's degree from a business school or engineering school, ideally with digital specialization or e-commerce focus.
