Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and manage annual and long-term makeup product portfolio strategies based on market trends, competitor analysis, and consumer insights.
- Identify opportunities for product improvement and new product launches, aligning with brand strategy and market needs.
- Lead the planning process for new product forecasting, pricing, and inventory management.
- Prepare promotion plans to maximize sales potential of new product launches and analyze market feedback post-launch.
- Accurately forecast demand for new and existing products, coordinating with production and inventory management teams.
- Conduct regular meetings with the planning team to address product availability and stock control issues.
- Report weekly to top management and provide relevant reports to regional and central teams.
- Establish and monitor a yearly budget for events and campaigns, ensuring adherence and flexibility to maximize effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Over 7 years of product management or brand management experience in the cosmetic industry, with essential makeup experience.

Experience
A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the cosmetic industry, specifically in makeup product management.
Education
Bachelor’s degree or higher.
