Role & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with international markets and innovation teams to evaluate franchise potential and identify key challenges
  • Develop short, medium, and long-term product launch strategies tailored to franchise portfolio and Maison's global strategy
  • Lead product creation and design in coordination with Peter Philips' Makeup Studio and cross-functional teams (R&D, sensory experts, packaging design, development, procurement, production, finance)
  • Propose 360° strategies and concepts, overseeing their development in partnership with dedicated teams (Artistic Direction, Digital, Merchandising, Media, CRM, Press, Events)
  • Define animation strategies and concepts for existing portfolio based on annual key dates and local market specificities
  • Manage product catalog across entire lifecycle from conception through market launch of new offerings and end-of-life product management
  • Analyze market trends and innovations
  • Monitor and analyze franchise and market performance metrics

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a related field
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Suite, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Strong command of English language
  • Demonstrated expertise in cross-functional collaboration and project management
  • Proven ability to balance strategic vision with operational execution in a dynamic innovation environment
