Christian Dior Couture Product Manager, Women's Leather Goods (Lady Dior), Paris – Full-time CDI position.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop collection briefs four times annually for the studio, incorporating trend analysis, market opportunities, strategic direction, and target collection planning
  • Curate and refine collection plans in collaboration with the Design Studio and development teams, providing product recommendations and adjustments through showroom presentation
  • Manage and oversee marketing attribute coding and product data governance, ensuring accuracy of the product reference database
  • Establish and execute pricing strategy in partnership with the industrial team, including collection pricing, repricing decisions, and margin monitoring
  • Create and maintain the modelario—a comprehensive collection dashboard and buying tool for internal stakeholders
  • Develop product narrative and messaging for all internal client audiences
  • Organize four annual showrooms: manage prototypes, coordinate product photography with the studio photo team, and present collections to retail and wholesale merchandisers
  • Monitor and coordinate technical refinement with industrial development and quality assurance teams through final product realization
  • Lead 360-degree coordination across all launch phases: present collections and product strategy to press, digital, VIP/VIC partners, and training teams
  • Select and provide prototypes for photo shoots; manage orders for press, digital, and VIP content
  • Produce post-showroom synthesis documents including purchase summaries for press, training, and other teams, plus launch packs for geographical zones
  • Ensure product description quality by collaborating closely with copywriting teams to guarantee accuracy and excellence of all product descriptions on the brand website
  • Conduct competitive analysis and price mapping studies
  • Execute ad hoc studies as required by senior management
  • Mentor and manage an intern within the department

Qualifications

  • Degree from a leading business school with a focus on marketing and management, or equivalent qualification
  • Demonstrated passion for fashion with a strong product sensibility
  • Fluency in French and English (written and oral); Italian proficiency is advantageous
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and broader facility with digital tools
  • Strong responsiveness and proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Ability to work rapidly and efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with multiple concurrent priorities
